NORTH ATLANTIC NATIVE SHEEP AND WOOL CONFERENCE
10th TO THE 13th OF OCTOBER
IN THE TRADITIONAL SETESDAL VALLEY
The «Norwegian native sheep», spelsauen, was about to die out as a clean race around 1900. Setesdal was one of the few places in the country where the clean race, spelsauen, was preserved. It’s in this particular valley the conference is arranged this year.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
We have both Norwegian and international speakers. We’re going to rig marked and exhibition, minicourses, and demonstrations. On Saturday we’re going on an excursion with farm visits and more. We promise a weekend with lots of learning, and LOTS of laughter! Check out our gallery for a quick taste.
Thanks to these sponsors we can make this event reality, thank you so much!
